Taxation Programs

The University of Cincinnati offers multiple program options to prepare tax professionals for the next step in their careers. The Master of Science in Taxation, available as a 24 month or accelerated 12 month program, will provide the knowledge you need to deliver solid tax and planning advice to a full range of corporate organizations and to individuals.

For students not yet ready to complete the MS in Taxation program, certificate programs in Corporate Taxation or Individual Taxation offer another option. Courses in the 12-hour certificate programs can be applied to satisfy degree requirements for the MS in Taxation or MBA with a Taxation Concentration degree and to meet CPE requirements.

Courses in the MS in Taxation and certificate programs are applicable toward completion of the 150-hour requirement to take the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam and are high-quality alternatives for meeting Continuing Professional Education requirements. Courses in the MST program can also be used to meet Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.
