Coming out of the MS in Taxation program, we strive for students to be successful in their professional roles, in whichever tax field they pursue. Students will learn about the tax code, from fundamentals to complex tax code, as well as how to research and evaluate situations.

The courses are a great way to keep current and to continue learning!
What is the value of this degree?
The MS in Taxation degree provides an additional credential to the student, demonstrating expertise in a very complicated accounting area. Whether a masters or tax certificate is being pursued, both will be recognized by employers and clients as a great accomplishment, giving the student an advantage over others without the degree!
Why did you start teaching?
I have always found myself in roles that involved training and teaching others. I have a passion for accounting, so combining the two seemed like a natural fit!

Tell us something interesting about yourself that your students might not know.
I enjoy traveling and visiting family in my spare time and also enjoy being a Board Member on a local not for profit.« Back to Faculty
